Short-term visa (C visa), purpose of stay: Travel of members of official delegations participating in meetings held on the territory of the Republic of Serbia

If you are coming to the Republic of Serbia as a member of an official delegation of a foreign country and plan to stay in the Republic of Serbia for up to 90 days to participate in meetings, you can apply for a C visa.

Documents required:

  1. a completed visa application form (within online application, or a printed copy if applying at a diplomatic-consular mission);
  2. a valid passport that must have been issued within the previous 10 years and is valid at least 90 days after the intended date of departure from the Republic of Serbia. The passport also needs to have at least two consecutive blank pages;
  3. applicant’s photo;
  4. invitation letter from organizer;
  5. proof of possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance;
  6. proof of visa fee payment (electronic application is submitted to the competent authority upon payment of fee and recording of payment).

Additionally, to demonstrate the purpose of travel and the applicant's intention to leave the Republic of Serbia before the expiration of the requested visa, it is recommended to provide:

  • proof of accommodation - hotel reservation, lease agreement, et al;
  • proof of financial means at disposal for covering the costs of living during the intended stay.
