Issuing a C visa for the purposes of schooling, language learning, professional specialization, and other types of education involves a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period in the Republic of Serbia with the purpose of short-term education, student or pupil exchanges, language learning, professional training, attendance of courses for acquiring new professional skills, and similar forms of education.

Documents required:

1. a completed visa application form (within online application, or a printed copy if applying at a diplomatic-consular mission);
2. a valid passport that must have been issued within the previous 10 years and is valid at least 90 days after the intended date of departure from the Republic of Serbia. The passport also needs to have at least two consecutive blank pages;
3. applicant’s photo;
4. certificate of enrollment from the educational institution;
5. proof of possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance;
6. proof of visa fee payment (electronic application is submitted to the competent authority upon payment of fee and recording of payment).

Additionally, to demonstrate the purpose of travel and the applicant's intention to leave the Republic of Serbia before the expiration of the requested visa, it is recommended to provide:

• proof of payment of tuition fee or fee for professional specialization or training;
• student or other ID proving your trainee status;
• proof of previous education level, et al;
• proof of financial means at disposal for covering the costs of living during the intended stay;
• proof of accommodation.
