Legal entities and individuals providing accommodation services to foreigners with financial compensation, as well as persons being visited by foreigners, have the obligation to register the foreigners' stay with the competent authority, within 24 hours of providing accommodation to the foreigner, i.e. the moment of foreigner's arrival for visiting purposes. Foreigner's stay can also be registered electronically on the eAdministration portal.

Accommodation facilities (hotels, hostels, boarding houses, apartments, etc.) and other individuals or legal entities providing accommodation services register the foreigner's stay electronically in eTourist application.
